You agree that Battle Martial Arts, its owners, instructors, and support staff, shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to person or property, except in instances of negligence by Battle Martial Arts. Health and Safety Your health and safety are our top priorities. By engaging in our activities, you confirm that you are medically and physically fit for martial arts training. You are required to inform our instructors of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation. It is your responsibility to ensure your training environment is safe, especially when participating remotely.
